All FiMPART participants and their accompanying members are kindly requested to wear their personal name badges during all Conference events including all conference luncheons, tea/coffee time on all days and dinner on Dec. 17, 2019.

Personal Messages and Program changes will be announced on the message board in the registration desk area. We strongly suggest that you check the message board every day.

For use of public telephones or internet facility you may contact the hotel reception. For internet facility you may buy wifi time from the Hotel staff or the convention center staff. Contact registration desk for more information.

Participants are encouraged to attend the Hi-tea reception cum registration on Dec. 15, 2019. The registration will start at 4:00 pm and will be open until 6:00 pm. During this time the Hi-tea socialising event will be held in the ground floor Plenary hall.

Luncheons are served in the Plenary hall of the convention center from 13:30 pm to 14:30 pm. Please make sure that you take your luncheon during this duration. From Dec. 16, 2019 to Dec. 17, 2019 all sessions will break for coffee both in forenoon and afternoon as scheduled in the programme.

Three Plenary Lectures will take place on Dec. 15, 2019 (Monday) and Dec. 16, 2019 (Tuesday) respectively in the Plenary hall both in the forenoon and afternoon before start of the parallel sessions.

4 parallel sessions will take place in 4 rooms at the Convention Center. The rooms are located on the 3^rd floor of The Forum, Club O7 Convention Center, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Manuscripts shall be reviewed by a competant review committee before making a decision. Papers so accepted shall be communicated about the next steps. Springer will publish the compendium cum proceedings.

Maximum poster size allowed at FiMPART is 120cm (height) x 90 cm (width)

Location of the poster session is 3^rd floor in The Forum, Club O7 Convention Center, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The posters will be displayed for two days Dec. 16, 2019 and Dec. 17, 2019. Posters will be evaluated for awards on Dec. 16, 2019 from 17:30 to 18:30 pm.

Authors making POSTER presentation are requested to bring their posters to the FiMPART registration desk on Dec. 16, 2019(between 9.00 am and 12.30 pm) ready for affixing on the poster board with your poster number which will be given to you by the registration staff at desk.

Authors are requested to take their poster off from the poster board on Dec. 17, 2019 by 4.30 pm. Posters not removed by 4:30 pm will be removed by the FiMPART committee who will not take responsibility for the poster. Poster boards will be dismantled by 5:00 pm on Dec. 17, 2019. FiMPART does not take any responsility for the posters left after 4:30 pm on Dec. 17, 2019.

FiMPART Secretariat does not assume any liability for mailed posters. Please DO NOT mail posters to the Conference Secretariat. Please bring your posters with you to the Registration Desk at the The Forum, Club O7 Convention Center, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India on the dates specified above.

At the registration desk on Dec. 16, 2019, you will be given instructions on how to place your poster with your poster ID on the allocated board. All participants are encouraged to visit the poster sessions and authors will be available for discussion.
