  1. This is FiMPART 2015 Programme.
  2. "General info" gives you general information that will help you during the conference days
  3. "Posters" link at the top gives you instrutions about preparation of your poster etc.
  4. "Full Program" menu item at the top shows you the complete programme session-by-session including the posters.
  5. The timing for each presentation is as below:
    • Keynote address: 35 mins
    • Invited presentation: 25 mins
    • Contributed presentation 15 mins
  6. "Catalogued Search" menu at the top is where you will search for your name if it appears in the programme. We have also included a session-by-session listing and topic wise listing under this search module.
    Presentations are categorised as below:
    • Posters are denoted by P-XXX.
    • Oral contributions denoted by [ A1-Jun-13 10:30 ] representing [ Session-Date Time ].

  7. You can find the "index of presenting authors" and the "Session Chairs" (yet to be released) using the indices menu.

Registration cum Hi-tea welcome reception and socialising event

General Information

Identification Badge

All FiMPART participants and their accompanying members are kindly requested to wear their personal name badges during all Conference events including all conference lunceons, tea/coffee time and Dinner on June 14, 2015.
Message Board

Personal Messages and Program changes will be announced on the message board in the registration desk area. We strongly suggest that you check the message board every day.
Telephone

For use of public telephones or internet facility you may contact the hotel reception. For internet facility you may buy wifi time from the Novotel staff. Contact registration desk for more information.
Hi-Tea reception

Participants are encouraged to attend the Hi-tea reception cum registration on June 12. The registration will start at 4:00 pm and will be open until 6:00 pm. During this time the Hi-tea socialising event will be held in the first floor as marked in the floor plan in this book and also the website.
Lunches and Coffees

Luncheons are served near the Hall 1 and 2 at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC) on June 13, 14 and 15 from 12:30 pm to 2.40 pm. Please make sure that you take your luncheon during this duration. From June 13 to 15 all sessions will break for coffee both in forenoon and afternoon as scheduled in the programme.
Plenary Lectures

Three Plenary Lectures (Prof. Apparao M Rao, Dr Baldev Raj and Prof. Akihisa Inoue ) will take place on Saturday (June 13), Sunday (June 14) and Monday (June 15) respectively in the Plenary hall in the ground floor.
Location of Parallel Sessions
Six parallel sessions will take place in 6 rooms at the International Convention Center. Location of the rooms are given in the hotel floor plan included in this book.

Office Facilities at Hotel

If you want to make any photocopies or any other office work, please contact the Business Center at Novotel located near the registration desk. The hotel will charge you for any items you require.
Inclusion of Manuscripts in FiMPART 2015 Proceedings

The papers will be included in the conference proceedings and in the periodical after the manuscripts are reviewed by the Program Committee. The review process is on but considerable number of authors have not submitted their manuscripts and revised manuscripts yet causing a delay in the publication of the proceedings. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the conference proceedings is now expected to be ready by November 2015 and Springer will publish the FiMPART compendium cum proceedings.
Registration Desk

All delegates and companions should register for the conference and collect their name badges and papers at the Registration Desk, which is located in the Registration center at the Novotel HICC in high-tech city.
Friday June 12, 2015
Registration Desk will be open from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm in the Registration center at Novotel. We strongly recommend you to register on this day.
Saturday to Monday, June 13 to 15, 2015
Registration Desk will be open from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm (except on June 15, 2015 when it will be open till 3:00 pm) during the conference period.

Please check your presentation time, session, date and room location carefully. Room locations can be found in the hotel floor plan included in this book. Poster Sessions

Maximum poster size allowed at FiMPART is 120cm x 100cm.

Location of the poster session is Hall 1 and 2, Novotel HICC. The posters will be displayed for all the three days. Posters will be evaluated for awards on June 13 from 16:30 to 18:00 pm.

Hall 1 and 2 are on the same floor where registration desk is located.

Presentation time: June 13, 2015 from 16:30 pm to 18.00 pm Authors making POSTER presentation are requested to bring their posters to the FiMPART registration desk on June 13 (between 9.00 am and 12.30 pm) ready for affixing on the poster board with your poster number which will be given to you by the registration staff at desk.

Authors are requested to take their poster off from the poster board on June 15, 2015 by 1.30 pm. Poster not removed by 1:30 pm will be removed by the FiMPART committee who will not take responsibility of the poster. Poster boards will be dismantled by 5:00 pm on June 15, 2015. FiMPART does not take any responsility for the posters left after 1:30 pm in June 15, 2015.

FiMPART Secretariat does not assume any liability for mailed posters. Please DO NOT mail posters to the Conference Secretariat. Please bring your posters with you to the Registration Desk at the HICC on the dates specified above.

Instructions to Poster Presenters
The posters will have a maximum height of 100 cm and maximum width of 120 cm.

At the registration desk on June 13, 2015, you will be given instructions on how to place your poster with your poster ID on the allocated board. Sutable affixing tool will be provided to you at the registration desk to affix the posters on the board.

All participants are encouraged to visit the poster sessions and authors will be available for discussion. Professor Matsumi, Japan and Professor Bhanu Sankara Rao, India are members in-charge of poster sessions and are also on the FiMPART Students' Affairs Committee.
